About the job
The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional center and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants and counts about 3,100 students.
The Dietikon school currently comprises six school units. It has many years of experience in the field of special education and integration.
The Stierenmatt school unit is located in the youngest city district of Dietikon, within walking distance to Dietikon train station. At this family-oriented, partially bound QUIMS day school we run kindergarten and primary school classes. We teach the primary school children in mixed classes in AdL.
As of August 1, 2026, we are looking to complete our school team with a- Taking over the class leadership of a kindergarten class
- Preparation, conducting, and follow-up of lessons
- Close collaboration within the teaching and grade team
- Participation in supervision (over lunchtime)
- Joint further development of school unit-specific projects
- Active participation in the school team
- Enjoyment of teaching in AdL and at a day school
- Swiss teaching diploma or EDK-recognized diploma for this school level
- Flexibility, willingness to cooperate, and a sense of humor
- Enjoyment of heterogeneity and a multicultural working environment
- Goal-oriented collaboration with specialist teachers and therapists
- Integration of children with special needs is a desired challenge for you
