Do you want to help shape the future of company-wide Identity & Access Management? It is undergoing a strong transformation due to cloud initiatives, new technologies, and continuous improvements. Then we are looking for you as a committed and motivated Identity & Access Management Specialist. With a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom, you identify the need for action, develop concepts, and drive their implementation with various stakeholders.
Your Tasks
- Contribute to the further development of our concepts, systems, and solutions, especially in the areas of Entra ID, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- The focus of the activity is in the area of Entra ID and PAM, with the willingness to work in all areas of IAM being a prerequisite
- Further develop policies and concepts for the management of identities and access rights as well as ensure the consistent implementation of these requirements within the bank
- Implement company-wide projects, with a special focus on Entra ID and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Conduct detailed analyses, develop well-founded solution strategies, and implement effective measures for the continuous optimization of our IAM service landscape
Your Profile
- Completed higher education in computer science (FH, ETH, University) or an equivalent further education
- Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Entra ID, Privileged Access Management (PAM), as well as the management of identities, access rights, and authorizations, preferably in a bank or a comparable regulated environment
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts as well as practical experience in the development and implementation of security concepts, ideally with a background in DevOps, solution architecture, or consulting
- Structured working style, analytical thinking skills, and strong communication skills
- Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1)
