The Social Department includes a clarification service, the social service for children and adolescents, the social service for adults, the central services, the specialist office for labor integration, the social audit office, and the specialist office for health promotion.
For the social service for children and adolescents, we are looking for a/n from September 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your tasks:
- Clarifications of children and adolescents as well as disputed paternities on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB)
- Conducting guardianships for children and adolescents as well as for paternity and maintenance lawsuits on behalf of the KESB
- New admissions and entitlement clarifications of social assistance applications from young adults (18 to 25 years old)
- Advising and supporting young adults on material, financial, legal, and personal issues with the aim of professional and social integration
You bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work
- Professional experience in child protection and/or social assistance
- Knowledge in subsidiarity and social insurance issues
- Good organizational skills and IT knowledge
- Independent, reliable, resilient, and team-oriented personality
- Fluent German, affinity for writing reports
- Driving license category B
