Job Description

We are actively looking for a dynamic, versatile, and committed operations agent to join our team in Bulle. This key position plays a central role in managing and supervising the maintenance and proper functioning of our buildings and infrastructures.

As an operations agent, you will be responsible for daily maintenance and ensuring a safe and optimal working environment. Your main tasks will include:

• General building maintenance: management of facilities, arrangements, and relocations.
• Management of technical systems: air conditioning, heating, ventilation, compressed air, gas, etc.
• Access management: managing the opening and closing of doors and barriers.
• Waste management: daily monitoring of the fill level of bins and calling the carrier if necessary.
• Maintenance and cleaning: regular upkeep of buildings, both interior and exterior.
• Coordination with external companies: planning and monitoring interventions, ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as operations agent
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Solid experience in building maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of CMMS and SAP tools (an asset, but not essential)
