About the job

This is a position within the Social Cohesion sector of the Municipality of Marly. The Social Cohesion sector is mandated to develop public policies, promote the integration of individuals, and their participation in social life.

Missions:

• Develop offers and services for the different populations of the municipality (children, adolescents, migrants, seniors, etc.) after analyzing the needs on the ground;
• Ensure the follow-up and evaluation of projects;
• Work in collaboration with the various municipal services, as well as with the various associations necessary for the realization of projects;
• Organize events whose services benefit the citizens of our municipality;
• Supervise and support the interveners;
• Intervene on the ground during various activities and events.

Your profile:

• You hold a HETS diploma or a training considered equivalent;
• You have confirmed experience in the social field;
• You have strong experience in project management, planning, and communication;
• You have excellent knowledge of the cantonal and federal network as well as local societies and other partners;
• You have experience in the field of migration;
• You have excellent computer skills;
• You have good writing and administrative skills in French (German is an asset);
• You are available and flexible for evening and weekend work.

Field of activity:

• Varied work within the Social Cohesion sector
• Collaboration within the framework of the sector's projects and the social action service
• Management and monitoring of the administration and logistics of the sector's projects (writing, database, etc.)
• Develop, maintain, and ensure internal and external communication
