About the job

• You advise and support the managers in all HR processes – from recruitment through planning, assessment, and development to remuneration and separation.
• As the central contact person, you take care of around 225 employees and assist them with various personnel-related concerns.
• You are responsible for the operational HR activities on site and are supported by the responsible employee in the centrally managed payroll and personnel administration.
• As a member of the HR team, you actively engage in the further development of personnel management as well as in the optimization of HR processes of the entire university and the Department of Technology & Architecture.

• You have completed further training with a federal specialist certificate as an HR specialist or a comparable qualification.
• You bring solid experience along the entire HR lifecycle (experience in the educational environment is an advantage).
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and have a high digital affinity as well as a good understanding of numbers.
• You perform routine tasks efficiently and reliably; you approach complex issues with motivation and commitment.
• You are a communicative, collegial, and committed personality.
• You have a good sense for people and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
