Your role with us

• Support the further development of the Program Office Bus System 2027 and ensure smooth processes.
• Be the right hand of the Senior Assistant and, in the role as their deputy, also of the Program Management.
• Be the right hand of the Senior Assistant and, in the role as their deputy, also of the Program Management.
• Take responsibility for exciting meetings, workshops, trips, and events, adding creative touches.
• Work closely with the project managers and maintain the flow of information within the program through your coordination.

What convinces us

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) and ideally additional training in project work or minute-taking.
• Several years of experience in a comparable assistant role, combined with very good MS Office and MS Teams skills.
• Strong organizational talent, networked thinking, and the ability to set priorities correctly even in complex situations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Resilient, solution-oriented working style with a sense of responsibility and a clear service and quality orientation.
