With its broad range of divisions and market-oriented organization, it fulfills all customer wishes from the smallest maintenance work to the comprehensive overall solution of a large construction project.

• Management of larger construction sites with multiple construction teams and pieceworkers, as well as subcontractors
• Qualitatively flawless, timely execution of the work
• Area of operation: industrial, commercial, and residential buildings in the cantons TG, ZH, SH
• Responsible for compliance with occupational safety and local regulations
• Ensuring construction execution according to plan and contract, including the use of modern surveying equipment
• Managing all reporting (daily, on-account, and hourly reports)

• Training as a construction foreman (structural engineering – federal exam or at least equivalent qualification)
• Several years of professional experience on large construction sites
• Leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, reliable judgment
• Foreign language skills are an advantage (Italian / Portuguese / Spanish)
• You have a pronounced and good safety awareness
• You lead employees and construction sites according to entrepreneurial principles and set high standards for yourself and your employees. You are resilient, a team player, and communicative
• You have good knowledge in the use of IT, especially SORBA and MS Office, as well as in quality management
• You possess a valid driving license category B
