Temporary Residential Specialist (FaBe or SP) in the Child and Youth Sector
(Workload: 60–80 % | Period of employment: until February 28, 2026 | Guaranteed vacation time: December 22, 2025 – January 4, 2026)
These are your tasks:
- Supplementing the team with a total of 6 children and adolescents
- Support in an individual setting
- Creating an active living environment for the children and adolescents together with the team
- Empathetic support of children and adolescents with various disabilities
- Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and to jointly manage everyday challenges
What you bring with you:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or specialist in care with a focus on disability care or health specialist
- Professional experience in supporting people with disabilities
Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
- Observational skills and joy in supporting children and adolescents
