The Intercommunal Association for Daycare of Children Cossonay and Region (AJERCO) brings together 25 municipalities. The AJERCO Network's mission is to offer pre- and after-school group daycare (20 facilities) as well as family-based care that meets the evolving needs of families.
To complete our team within the "L’Oasis" daycare in Eclépens, we are looking for a permanent:
Childcare Educator at 80% for the toddler group
Days of presence: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
General mission
In close collaboration with the educational team, you contribute to providing quality care for children and their families by offering a harmonious environment conducive to development and learning. You ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. You take into account the individual needs of each child and ensure collective well-being. You support children in their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development while promoting their autonomy.
Furthermore, supporting the educational project of the facility and proposing courses of action are integral parts of your role.
Your profile
- ES/HES training or SEFRI recognition
- Experience in the field of childhood
- Good listening and communication skills
- Sense of responsibility, spirit of mutual aid and collaboration
You are also recognized for your team spirit and flexibility, as well as for your creativity and personal commitment.
