Your Job

Translate customer requirements into actionable project results
Involve stakeholders to ensure expectations align and communication remains effective and transparent
Define a clear project vision and project goals and success factors that align with customer and business objectives
Develop and maintain project plans with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams as well as internal and external sub-project managers
Proactively identify risks and deviations and implement measures to ensure successful project outcomes
Monitor performance and drive timely and budget-compliant delivery of results, maintain good project documentation and effective progress reports

Your Strengths

Technical basic education with advanced studies (FH/ETH/HF)
Management skills that motivate teams through competence, empathy, and openness and successfully lead complex projects
Proven project management successes in an industrial environment
Familiarity with organizing, moderating, and motivating project teams
Goal-oriented, precise, independent, and structured working style
You fully support our 3 Core Values "Proactive Teamwork," "Accountability," "Simplicity"
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
