HR Recruiting Specialist 40-60%

Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as mediates specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

We are looking for a committed and empathetic personality who joyfully supports and helps shape our recruitment process.

• Co-responsibility for professional recruitment of nursing staff in private home care
• Active and targeted talent identification through various recruiting channels, platforms, and social media
• Expansion and maintenance of our internal candidate pool as well as support of the HR specialist in administrative processes
• Conducting preliminary telephone screenings
• Coordination of interviews and conducting the first conversations
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience

• Completed basic training, ideally in the commercial field
• Further education in HR or recruiting is an advantage
• Initial experience in recruiting, e.g., in personnel placement
• Proven experience in active sourcing via various online channels is an advantage
• Winning and empathetic personality with a structured way of working
• Fluent German skills
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
