Chief Resident with possibility of appointment as Assistant Physician in invasive cardiology

Your mission:
- independently perform coronary angiographies/coronary angioplasties
- participate in the 24/7 on-call service in invasive cardiology
- take care of hospitalized cardiac patients
- collaborate with the outpatient cardiology service
- be interested in and participate in academic life and develop study protocols
- participate in the training of medical students at the University of Fribourg (bachelor and master)
Your profile:
- specialist title in cardiology or equivalent
- doctor of medicine degree
- proficiency in French or German with excellent knowledge of the other language
- fellowship in invasive cardiology according to the guidelines of the working group on coronary angioplasties of the Swiss Society of Cardiology (cf. Cook S, Pedrazzini G, Locca D, Moschovitis A, Goy JJ, Maier W, et al. Fellowship in interventional Cardiology in Switzerland. Cardiovascular Medicine. 2013;16(3):97–100.) or equivalent
- academic profile desired
- at least two years of experience as chief resident in a university cardiology department
