The North-South Medical Center welcomes, in its friendly and renovated premises, a local patient for multidisciplinary consultations. Join our competent and passionate team, which provides a complete range of care, including comprehensive assessments, state-of-the-art radiology services, and laboratory analyses.
We are looking for a:
Responsible Medical Assistant at 80-100%
WE OFFER YOU

YOU POSSESS
- A CFC of medical assistant or a title deemed equivalent.
- The federal diploma of coordinator in outpatient medicine, an asset.
- A confirmed experience of at least 5 years as a medical assistant in a medical center or group practice.
- A successful managerial experience, with skills in team management, planning, and conducting performance reviews.
- Solid clinical skills, particularly in routine care, laboratory, and radiology, including high-dose X-rays.
- Proficiency in common IT tools.
- An ability to adopt a managerial posture according to the EHC reference: responsible, caring, and agile professional posture, with a strong sense of priorities, adapted communication, and a solution-oriented approach.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the quality and safety of administrative, diagnostic, and care services within the medical center.
- Coordinate the activities of the team, promoting a work dynamic based on respect, solidarity, and kindness.
- Guarantee the efficiency of the organization, particularly in the management of human, material, and financial resources.
- Ensure a coordination role between management, doctors, and all employees while federating the team.
- Actively contribute to the development of the center, participating in institutional projects and being a driving force for continuous improvement.
- Establish a close relationship with patients, accompanying care pathways, especially for patients with chronic illnesses.
- Support and supervise employees, ensuring their training, integration, and well-being at work.
- Represent the values of the EHC in your internal and external interactions and work towards the prominence of the North-South medical center.
