The Secondary School and Vocational Training Office is the competence and service center for vocational education, grammar schools, higher vocational education, and continuing education in the canton of Zurich. We support and supervise secondary schools, vocational schools, providers of preparatory vocational years, and training companies.
To complement our team, we are looking for an HR manager with a passion for personnel development (100%) for the HR department immediately or by arrangement.

To complement our team, we are looking for an HR manager with a passion for personnel development (100%) for the HR department immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
As an HR manager, you are responsible for all operational core HR processes from personnel selection to exit (excluding payroll) together with the other HR managers. You advise and support supervisors and employees on all personnel-related topics and conduct recruitment interviews as well as development and conflict discussions. You develop and implement the personnel development strategy to ensure that employees can optimally realize and further develop their potential. In addition, you actively support your colleagues and take over their duties during their absence.
Your profile
You are an independent, communicative, and proactive personality with several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within the public administration. In addition, you have completed further training in human resources. You are both service-oriented and efficient, pragmatic, and resilient. Finally, you are also IT-savvy and proficient in handling SAP and MS Office. Do you enjoy working in a political and administrative environment and bring a good sense of humor? Then you are exactly the right person for our team.
