As a team leader in the driving service, you bear overall responsibility for around 50 employees and ensure, with your leadership skills, the personnel, cultural, and operational stability of a central company division. You understand leadership not only as managing day-to-day business but as an active contribution to the further development of processes, culture, and organization.

Your Tasks

Overall responsibility for the professional and personnel leadership of around 50
driving service employees

Systematic further development of performance, professionalism, and service culture

Sustainable absence and health management with clear leadership responsibility

Confident handling of demanding leadership and personnel issues

Responsibility in accident and incident management (including on-call duty) and situational takeover of driving service tasks for operational support

Implementation of change processes in the tension field between operations, quality, and cost-effectiveness

Your Profile

Technical or commercial training and further education at the level of a federal specialist certificate in leadership, management/personnel, or comparable qualification

Several years of leadership experience, ideally in an operational or service-oriented environment

High decision-making confidence, assertiveness, and social competence

Clear, target-group-appropriate communication in spoken and written form

Willingness to work irregular hours and on-call duty

Driver's license category D or willingness to obtain it
