The Infrastructure Construction and Maintenance division plans, builds, and maintains squares, streets, and paths in the city of Uster. The extremely broad range of tasks includes a very large spectrum from the operation and further development of the wastewater treatment plant (ARA), the operation and maintenance of the city drainage system, the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, to supporting the road inspection office and measures for strategic value preservation. Participation in traffic planning and dealing with political and participatory processes complete the range of tasks. The division is strongly networked across departments and ensures sustainable maintenance and future-proof development of the city's civil engineering infrastructure.

You bring with you
- Education as an engineer (civil engineering/deep construction; ETH or FH)
- Leadership, many years of project and management experience
- Experience and affinity for inner-city projects and construction in public spaces
- Experience with complex processes (politics/associations)
- Administrative experience is an advantage
