Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is an authority of the Directorate of Justice and the
Interior of the Canton of Zurich and employs around 1,400 staff from diverse professions. JuWe is primarily responsible for the enforcement of court judgments and the execution of pre-trial detention. For JuWe employees, preventing recidivism and the successful social reintegration of offenders is of particular importance.
The Probation and Enforcement Services (BVD) are one of seven main departments of JuWe
and are responsible for the enforcement of prison sentences and court-ordered measures
as well as probation assistance. They make an important contribution to crime prevention and
the social integration of offenders.
Within the BVD, the Learning Programs division conducts targeted learning programs based on cognitive-behavioral approaches with various groups of convicted persons on behalf of the public prosecutors and courts of the Canton of Zurich as well as correctional authorities from all over German-speaking Switzerland.
From November 1, 2025, or by agreement, we are looking for a committed individual to join our team in the Learning Programs / Domestic Violence Protection Act Service Center department.

Your area of responsibility
- As a member of our dynamic team, you take on the responsible administration of the learning programs. This includes, among other things, registration, file creation and triage, review of penalty orders and judgments, precise course planning, as well as accounting for course fees
- You are the driving force behind the administrative and organizational support of the case managers in the Learning Programs area. This includes data entry, appointment monitoring, and ensuring smooth processes and deadline controls
- You ensure communication internally and externally, whether with clients or partners such as public prosecutors or enforcement authorities (phone, correspondence, email)
- Varied office tasks such as filing, archiving, minute-taking, as well as participation in projects complete your exciting field of activity
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training and can demonstrate at least two years of professional experience in clerical work
- Availability on Fridays is mandatory
- Your German skills are flawless in spoken and written form; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- You are proficient in using the MS-365 suite and ideally have experience with SAP, Visio, and Mindjet MindManager
