The daycare center for active researchers (TaFF) has been operating four locations in the canton of Lucerne since 2009. We offer the children under our care optimal learning and development opportunities every day. With us, children are free to research and discover to their heart's content!
For our location in Lucerne, we are looking to support the daycare team starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement

What we wish for:
We are looking for an upbeat, committed, and flexible personality who is wholeheartedly interested in working with children. You have a qualification as a childcare specialist EFZ. You can bring your own talents, such as music, art, dancing, or cooking, into everyday daycare life.
Your area of responsibility:
- Co-responsibility for the promotion, care, and nurturing of children aged between 3 months and about 7 years
- Assistance in leading the group in terms of daily routine, room design, pedagogy, and methodology
- Assistance, planning, and implementation of structures in everyday life, implementation of goal-oriented weekly planning
- Planning and conducting acclimatization
- Promotion of active cooperation with parents
- Preparing and conducting parent events and parent-teacher conversations
