Certified Tax Expert (80-100%) – Zurich

To strengthen our tax team in Zurich, we are looking for a (aspiring) certified tax expert.

Our team advises national and international companies, entrepreneurs, and wealthy private individuals in all areas of Swiss and international tax law. A special focus is on the tax structuring of transactions, reorganizations, and cross-border matters as well as on complex private client structures. We regularly work interdisciplinarily with our Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, and Private Wealth departments.

Your Responsibilities

• Tax advice for companies and private individuals in demanding national and international mandates
• Participation in M&A transactions, restructurings, and financings
• Preparation of expert opinions, statements, and tax rulings
• Contact with tax authorities and support in assessment and appeal procedures
• Assuming responsibility according to your qualification and seniority

Your Profile

• Above-average academic achievements
• Completed or near completion of training as a certified tax expert
• Very good German and English skills
• Analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and high quality standards
• Swiss bar admission is an advantage
