To strengthen our team in the Restaurant area, we are looking immediately, for a permanent position, at the Vevey site, for a motivated* and committed* person* as a Cook, 100%.

Your responsibilities

• You are an integral part of our kitchen team and work with fresh products, which we preferably buy from regional suppliers.
• You take care of and serve our demanding customers in the front-cooking area.
• You ensure at all times the preparation of the products, their freshness and their quality.
• You contribute to creating an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept.
• You ensure that the area assigned to you is well organized, clean and complete.
• You systematically comply with the prescribed hygiene rules.

Your profile

• You preferably have completed a basic training as a cook CFC or system restaurateur/restauratrice CFC.
• You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity.
• You are able to adapt to a high customer frequency and keep calm and an overview in busy situations.
• You convince with your sales intuition, your special sensitivity to our customers and your positive energy.
• You attach great importance to an independent, clean and motivated working style.
• You use the available resources carefully and sustainably.
• You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
