The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernized through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
The department "specialized medical long-term care" offers a total of 10 places for residents, of which 5 places are available for residents requiring ventilation. After the renovation, this care department will offer 25 care places. We are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed person for the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden) immediately or by arrangement as
Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH (m/f/d) – High Care Department
HPS, 50 – 100% workload
You will support us by:
- Caring for 2-3 residents, of which 5 are home ventilation places, together with a nursing staff member and ensuring proper ventilation management
- Ensuring the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, including professional and evidence-based care
- Performing medical-technical measures in addition to nursing activities
- Taking on daily responsibility
You can convince us with:
- A completed education as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or a comparably recognized qualification
- Experience in ventilation management or willingness to further train in this area
- Professional experience in long-term care or acute care
- Advantageous additional training as an expert in intensive care NDS HF or NDS HF emergency care
- An independent working style, high professional and social competence, as well as a sense of responsibility
- Resilience and flexibility to act calmly and professionally even in challenging situations
- Preferably knowledge of the RAI-NH assessment system
- Good IT skills: MS Office, Pflegedoc
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- An empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
