Tasks

In this versatile role, you will help shape the day-to-day training of our pilots.

• Organization and supervision of courses - from preparation to follow-up
• Contact person for participants with questions, examinations, visas, etc.
• Administration of licenses and documents in accordance with EASA requirements
• Support with accounting, including funding applications and invoicing
• Ordering and administration of course materials and uniforms
• Maintaining statistics and data
• Participation in internal and external events
• Interface with authorities, specialist departments, partners and suppliers
• General back-office tasks such as scheduling, travel bookings and presentations

Requirements

If you have the following, you are exactly the right person to take off with us!

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• First professional experience - ideally in aviation, flight training or administration with customer contact
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Reliable, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and initiative
• Willingness to participate in further training
