• You provide information in personal conversations, by phone, and by email.
• For social assistance inquiries, you check subsidiarity and, if necessary, triage to the responsible specialist offices.
• You offer assistance to users of our public internet stations.

• You help manage client accounts, create budgets, clarify social insurance matters, participate in counseling sessions, and sometimes conduct them independently.

• As part of housing support, you conduct home visits with clients and assist them with housing-related questions, handling and filing important documents, or searching for apartments.

• You have an educational qualification at the secondary level II (FMS, Matura, EFZ).
• Ideally, you have already gained some work experience.
• You are an open person interested in people in different life situations.
