For our GardenHouse in Aarau, we are looking for a:
Tasks
Responsibility for the smooth organization of branch operations
Responsibility for an attractive store appearance, cleanliness, and order
Ensuring and controlling optimal sales readiness
Implementation of all sales-relevant concepts
Achieving the specified targets (including sales, gross profit margin, personnel costs, operating costs, and contribution margins)
Leading a team of around 9 employees
Ensuring customer- and sales-oriented deployment of employees
Personnel recruitment, evaluation, promotion, and development
Handling customer inquiries and complaints
Participation in the planning of major promotions and events
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Competent customer advice
Product presentation and maintenance
Requirements
Basic horticultural training with several years of professional experience
Training as a retail specialist
Leadership experience
Administrative experience
Interest in inventory management and branch administration
Enjoyment of sales and customer interaction
Willingness to take responsibility
High commitment and flexibility
