For our Living Offer Plus, at our Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement, limited until September 30, 2026, as

• Individual care and support of our clients in the living and leisure area
• Guiding or accompanying daily personal hygiene
• Supporting the implementation of pedagogical processes
• Co-creating a cozy living environment through activities such as cooking, decorating, and keeping the premises clean
• Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialist agencies
• Administrative and organizational tasks

• Career changer with completed basic training (EFZ)
• Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
• Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)

• 5 weeks of vacation up to 50 years, then 6 weeks. Additionally, up to 4 weeks of vacation purchase possible
