THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
- You actively acquire new B2B customers, identify market potentials, and develop suitable sales strategies
- You independently approach potential customers – via phone, social media, webinars, as well as at trade fairs and events
- You inspire customers with our solution portfolio (ERP, ESL, Smart Retail, BI, Consulting) and demonstrate the concrete added value
- You manage the entire sales cycle: offer creation, negotiations, and contract conclusion
- You work closely with the product team and sales, identify upselling potentials, and develop modern sales activities
- You maintain our CRM system reliably and up-to-date

- Initial experience in B2B software sales
- Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and the future of trade
- As a subsidiary of an agricultural group, we are pleased if you have a connection to agriculture, as we want to expand this area in Germany in the near future
- Consulting competence, closing strength, and perseverance in complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and networking skills and very good presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel as well as self-motivation
