Your tasks
- You are responsible in a co-project management role for the municipal funding program "Luzern Greens".
- You advise private landowners on de-sealing and building greening measures as well as on the ecological enhancement of their outdoor spaces and process the corresponding support applications.
- You process building applications regarding various ecological topics such as natural outdoor space design, climate adaptation, and networking. In doing so, you are in close contact with planners and builders.
- You develop and lead projects on ecological and urban climate enhancements.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in landscape architecture, environmental natural sciences, biology, or a comparable field of study.
- You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in administration or private industry and have experience in project management and project coordination.
- You bring solid expertise in the areas of settlement ecology and nature conservation as well as good floristic and faunistic species knowledge.
- You have basic technical knowledge in civil and structural engineering.
- You may have experience with self-organized working methods or are open to helping shape such development.
- You are characterized by commitment, flexibility, and openness in a changing and developing environment.
- You have very good communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders and are distinguished by strong negotiation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written language is a matter of course for you.
