What's the role?
In this role you will support the Global Head of Materials Management in all administrative and secretarial tasks, organize events, and support overarching projects.
This part-time position is available immediately.
What does the role involve?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exemplary support to our Global Head of Materials Management. Responsibilities include efficiently managing a vibrant calendar, coordinating comprehensive travel arrangements, handling correspondence and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, assisting in meeting preparation and organization, and flexibly handling ad hoc administrative tasks and projects. The successful candidate will excel in multitasking and possess outstanding communication skills, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.
What you need is:
- Education equivalent to a Business and Administration apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) combined with proven experience in an assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Self-driven initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Hands-on mindset with high quality standards and a collaborative team spirit
- Proficient in the MS Office suite and business fluent in English, with proficiency in German considered advantageous
