About the job
Your Tasks
You advise and support interested parties, customers, relatives, social services, and referrers regarding our diverse offerings in the Bern West living area. The offerings include living with and without services, comprehensive care, specialized dementia care, as well as day care. You coordinate the entire admission process along the customer journey, from registration through entry to discharge. You conduct tours and consultation meetings for customers and relatives. You provide competent support for questions about financing, social insurance, and administrative procedures. You work closely with the interdisciplinary internal specialist departments and coordinate with them. In addition, you organize and conduct on-site meetings.
Your Profile
- Education in social work, nursing, case management, or comparable qualification
- Education at tertiary level in nursing is an advantage
- Experience in advising elderly people and relatives, especially in the field of dementia
- Solid knowledge of health and social services, especially in long-term care
- High communication and empathetic skills
- Organizational talent and ability to coordinate between various internal and external offices
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
