This is what you do with us:
- You provide specialized palliative care in complex customer situations in the home environment.
- You take on the specialist responsibility in specialized palliative care in close contact with the overall organization.
- You have a strong interdisciplinary leadership role in complex palliative care situations.
- You coach the case-leading employees of the specialist area in care process management.
- You are responsible for ensuring quality and are committed to the care development of the specialist area.
This is what you bring:
- You have completed vocational training as a certified nurse HF/FH with additional training CAS Palliative Care or MAS Palliative Care.
- You bring practical experience in specialized palliative care, Spitex experience is an advantage.
- You work independently and responsibly.
- You have pronounced professional and social skills and are resilient.
- You bring IT knowledge according to ECDL, Nexus is an advantage.
- You have a category B driving license.
