Deputy Project Manager with Focus on Construction Management in IPA Project (m/f/d) 80-100%
What awaits you:
- Taking over tasks in project management, especially in the area of execution and construction process management
- Participating in the interdisciplinary coordination of all project participants
- Active control of the transfer of planning into the realization phase with a focus on quality, deadlines, and costs
- Optimization of planning and execution processes
What you bring with you:
- A completed degree in architecture or a related field
- Several years of experience in leading or managing demanding construction projects, ideally with a focus on execution
- Sound knowledge in interdisciplinary coordination as well as dealing with executing trades
- Practical experience with the implementation of takt planning and methods of lean management and BIM2Field
- Confident handling of digital planning and controlling tools (MS Office, MS Project, RIB iTWO, ideally also BIM)
- High personal responsibility, structured and solution-oriented work
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
