Supporting people: At the Belforterstrasse residential home, you accompany adults with cognitive and physical impairments and increased care needs. Many live with chronic, progressive illnesses and exhibit noticeable behaviors.

Shaping everyday life: You take on tasks such as basic care, household management, and organizing the spatially integrated day structure. Additionally, you are responsible for administrative tasks, including maintaining the digital client file.

Developing perspectives: As a valuable member of an interdisciplinary team, you advocate for the individual needs of our clients. You specifically promote their abilities, set development goals, and participate in the annual needs assessment.

Experience: You are experienced in working with people with disabilities, ideally also with challenging behavior. Shift work and working on weekends and holidays are part of your responsible professional understanding.

Personality: You approach clients with empathy, openness, and respect. Even in demanding care situations or emergencies, you remain calm, act confidently, and convey security.

Education: You have completed training as a care specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification.

Language: You have a good command of the German language and communicate clearly, empathetically, and appropriately for the target group.
