A Cook
YOUR MISSION:
- Independently manage a complete kitchen station, from preparation to sending out.
- Prepare and create dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and the chef's instructions.
- Organize daily mise en place: product preparation, anticipating needs, coordinating with the team.
- Actively participate in sending out: plating, rigor, and synchronization with other stations.
- Strictly apply HACCP standards according to internal procedures.
- Receive and check goods, ensure proper storage and good product rotation.
- Contribute to stock management and report needs to the chef.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness at the station and participate in general kitchen maintenance.
- Support new employees, interns, and assistants daily.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Cook apprenticeship certificate or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gourmet catering.
- Excellent mastery of culinary techniques and understanding of high-quality standards.
- Proven ability to manage a station independently, with rigor and a sense of responsibility.
- Stress resistance, punctuality, organization, and team spirit.
- Excellent presentation and professional attitude.
- Native French speaker.
