Your Tasks

• Professional Leadership: You take responsibility for the therapy garden and lead it professionally
• Therapy Garden Planning: You ensure the planning (plants, staff, therapies) in coordination with the Therapy Department of Zurzach Care
• Therapies: You actively contribute your expertise to garden therapies
• Maintenance: You ensure a well-maintained and flawless condition of the entire garden facility
• Ecology: You implement ecological measures to promote biodiversity
• Time Tracking: You check and record the employees' hours in the PEP system
• Scheduling: You create priority and weekly planning in consultation with your supervisor
• System Management: You independently manage the CAFM system
• Propagation & Production: You plan and carry out the propagation and production of plants and herbs
• Decoration: You plan and design the seasonal decoration in and around the main building
• Interior Greening: You plan, procure, and maintain the interior greening

Your Profile

• Education: You have completed training as an Ornamental Plant Gardener EFZ or equivalent
• Expertise: Experience in interior greening, decorations, and garden maintenance is an advantage
• Empathy: You approach people in difficult situations with sensitivity
• Therapy Experience: You already have experience in therapeutic interaction with patients

• Weekend Duty: You take shifts on weekends according to the duty roster
