Your Tasks
- Senior medical responsibility for an acute ward
- Dual leadership with nursing ward management
- Leadership and coaching of an interprofessional team
- Co-design of a modern, patient-oriented treatment concept
- Professional support and further development of the acute ward
- Supervision of our assistant doctors as well as participation in their training and continuing education
- Project tasks
Your Profile
- Completed or nearly completed specialist training in psychiatry
- Experience in adult psychiatry
- German language skills (at least level C1)
- Enjoyment in co-developing lups
- Enjoyment in leading and promoting employees
