As Head of IT Enterprise Solutions, you take responsibility for our SAP landscape and lead an international team of 14 experts. You report directly to the Head of IT Hoval Group and significantly shape the digital future of our company.

Your tasks at a glance

• Strategic and operational responsibility for our SAP solutions including the assigned subsystems
• Leadership, support, and further development of an international team (14 employees)
• Further development of an efficient and business-oriented application landscape
• Active lifecycle management of the responsible applications
• Assuming end-to-end responsibility in incident, problem, and change management
• Management of projects in the SAP environment
• Responsibility for license and contract management within the area of responsibility

This is how you convince us

• Many years of leadership experience in an international environment as well as strategic foresight
• Deep know-how in SAP ERP, experience with S/4 HANA or SAP Cloud Services is an advantage
• High SAP and IT affinity, combined with analytical and conceptual skills to further develop business processes and implement them in SAP
• Very good German and English skills (business fluent)
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style – even in demanding situations
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance at all hierarchy levels
