Field Service Technician

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a field service technician for the Lausanne and Geneva region! With your commitment, you inspire our customers!

• Responsible for the installation of output solutions and multifunction digital printers
• Locate and repair faults and error conditions of digital systems installed at the customer.
• Promote the after-sales service product through quality work and maintaining customer relationships.
• Electronic self-availability and reporting of all work performed at the customer

• Completed basic technical training (IT specialist, telematics technician, mechanic or electronics)
• Good computer skills and interest in digital issues
• Professional experience as a field technician
  (experience in the sector is an advantage)
• Maintaining customer relationships through a customer-oriented attitude
• Native French speaker, knowledge of English (manual comprehension)
• Residence in the Geneva-Lausanne intervention area
• Category B driving license required
