Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our International Communications team. This role offers hands-on experience in global healthcare communications, with a strong focus on supporting awareness campaigns, international collaborations, employee engagement, and policy-related communications . The intern will contribute to high-profile initiatives such as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the ESMO Congress, and MedTech Europe projects, while also helping to strengthen communications across international markets and with external partners.
Essential Duties

Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October): Support the planning, coordination, and execution of communications activities across international markets.

MedTech Europe Collaboration: Assist in managing joint communications initiatives, particularly on social media channels.

ESMO Congress: Support communications activities around the ESMO Congress, including content development, social media coordination, and reporting on outcomes.

Content Development: Coordinate submissions from countries and support the creation of engaging intranet stories highlighting intenational projects and initiatives.

Partnership Engagement: Collaborate with patient organizations to align on communications and awareness projects.

Employee Engagement: Contribute to the development of employee engagement communications projects in international markets.

Policy Landscape Analysis: Support work on international market policy landscape reviews and reporting.

Agency Management: Assist with coordination and day-to-day management of communications agencies supporting international projects.

Leadership Communications Tracking: Assist in monitoring and tracking leadership communications to ensure consistency, visibility, and alignment across international markets.

Event Calendar Management: Build and maintain a calendar of key events andactivities, ensuring proper tracking and alignment across international communications initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
