About the job
Your responsibilities
- Hot production, cold production
- Careful service for many guests per day
- Order preparation
- Goods reception
- Organization of cleaning and tidying and compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
Your profile
- CAP/BEP Cooking or CFC Cooking
- Minimum 5 years experience as a cook
- Good knowledge of French, English is a plus
- Versatile and autonomous
- Professional and rigorous
- Excellent team spirit with leadership skills
- Autonomy, creativity, flexibility
