Your tasks
As of January 1, 2026, the Institute for Economics and Ecology (IWÖ-HSG) and the Institute of Responsible Innovation (IRI-HSG) will merge to form the new Institute of Responsible Innovation, Sustainability and Energy (RISE-HSG). With this merger, our activities in research, teaching, and continuing education will expand. To strengthen our secretariat, we are therefore looking for a committed, structured, and service-oriented personality to actively support our growing institute in a versatile and dynamic environment.
Your varied range of tasks includes in particular:
- Administrative support & deputy for the executive assistant
- Contact point for personnel and IT questions in cooperation with HSG service units
- Data management
- Internal communication & public relations (annual report, website, etc.)
- Participation in the organization of workshops and events
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Very good German and English skills
- Several years of professional experience, ideally at the interface between private industry and public administration
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient use of common IT programs
- Interest in training and continuing education
- Team player qualities
- Thematic interest in the institute's field of expertise
