• You take ownership of the Prevention and Consulting area as well as the development and implementation of the Sales strategy and are responsible for its successful execution.
• Development and management of the sales strategy for WeCare (focus on prevention), including sales and market approach roadmap, ensuring interface to CES, identifying growth and development areas, and clearly defining the ideal customer profile and customer perspective to better align our offerings with the needs of target customers.
• You are a member of the WeCare management team, including participation in board meetings, and share responsibility for the further development of the company.
• Operational and professional leadership of consultants in the area of prevention and consulting for our corporate clients in the areas of BVG, KTG, accident, liability (shared leadership with People Developer), including quality assurance and responsibility for achieving targets in consulting and prevention according to the business case.
• You actively maintain relationships both internally with AXA distribution and the broker channel as well as externally at trade fairs and events. In doing so, you identify possible development opportunities, synergies, and chances for WeCare to further advance the company's position and growth strategy with a focus on prevention.
• Responsibility for the support and further development of existing partnerships in the area of consulting and prevention, including the respective partner products as well as WeCare's own products, as well as the development of new prevention measures within the framework of the WeCare strategy.
• You ensure efficient and smooth business operations through continuous optimization of operational processes and structures in your area and ensure the successful implementation of innovative approaches and new solutions.

• You have the ability to think outside the box, develop innovative sales strategies, and formulate a clear vision for the areas of prevention, consulting, and sales.
• Creativity and courage to pursue unconventional approaches to identify and implement new opportunities, innovative sales models, and growth possibilities.
• A strong sense of the needs and challenges of corporate clients as well as the ability to develop the ideal customer profile and consistently incorporate the customer perspective into strategies and offerings.
• You enjoy maintaining the customer network and building long-term customer relationships.
• You want to be "hands-on" and part of the implementation and consciously go into depth on certain topics.
• Several years of experience in leading and developing teams, including the ability to promote employees and create a positive, innovative, and goal-oriented team culture.
• Convincing and clear communication, both internally and externally, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for developing new prevention measures, innovative sales models, and continuously improving existing processes and offerings.
• You have confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good French and English skills (additional language skills are an advantage).
