The General Secretariat as a staff unit of the Department of Finance and Social Affairs (DFS) is the hub for the business of the entire department. It consists of the Central Services, Legal Services, and Departmental Controlling divisions.
We are looking for a qualified person as of November 1, 2025 or by agreement
Your Tasks
You support the Secretary General in all professional areas of the DFS. Your tasks include in particular:
- Responding to parliamentary initiatives
- Drafting consultation responses and co-reports
- Drafting government council decisions and editing drafts from the DFS offices
- Participating in projects and representing the department in working groups
- Conducting research and clarifications for the Secretary General
- Preparing correspondence for the head of the department and the Secretary General
You also act situationally as deputy to the Secretary General and serve as deputy to the departmental controller in the area of digitization.
Your Profile
We are looking for a committed and team-oriented personality with pronounced administrative experience. You either have an economic, political science, or equivalent university degree or have acquired the required skills through administrative training and continuous further education. You think in a networked and customer-oriented manner. Careful and independent work is a matter of course for you. Your writing skills are above average. A confident appearance rounds off your profile.
