That is a question the Human Resources Development team at Correctional Services and Reintegration deals with. Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is responsible for penal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. Our 1,400 employees from around 40 professions give their best for the successful social reintegration of offenders and the prevention of recidivism. Are you interested?
Starting immediately or by arrangement, Yara and Sandra are looking for a new team member. You can expect a 12-month university internship in the field of human resources development with a lot of practical experience and a supportive environment.
This is your field of activity
- You will participate in ongoing human resources development projects and gain insight into training and further education of professionals in correctional services, onboarding, leadership, as well as the design and evaluation of learning offers.
- You will independently take on work packages, including coordination and administrative tasks, with professional support from the team.
- You will be involved in conceptual and organizational tasks and experience human resources development from the idea to implementation.
- You will prepare presentations, decision-making bases, and internal documents and support presenting content in a target group-appropriate and understandable manner.
You bring with you
- You are studying work and organizational psychology, business psychology, or a comparable degree (Bachelor's degree obtained, Master's degree ongoing or recently completed).
- You are interested in human resources development, learning, and leadership and ideally have some initial experience in this area.
- You are open, curious, eager to learn, and enjoy working on new topics.
- You work independently, are proactive, and can organize yourself well in a versatile workday.
- You have very good oral and written German skills.
