For our Wohnen Basis offer, in our external residential house in the middle of Zug's old town, we are looking for a personality from August 1, 2026 or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with intellectual, physical and psychological impairments in the complex life design of the living and leisure area
- Key worker duties
- Implementing and applying the Agogik framework concept
- Helping with daily household tasks such as cooking, room design and cleaning
- Cooperation with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
- Administrative and organizational tasks
Profile
- Assurance of a study place from summer 2026 at a recognized educational institution
- High personal responsibility regarding studies, time management and appointment organization
- Willingness to work irregular hours, overnight shifts (on-call sleeping), weekend duties
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)
- Driver's license category B
