About the job
You assume overall responsibility for the two institutions and form the general management alongside the four department heads. You implement the strategy coherently, ensure the efficiency of operational processes, and guarantee high-quality integration measures, adapted to needs and implemented with economic efficiency in mind.
In collaboration with the management committee, you define strategic directions, actively develop the network with authorities and partner organizations in the region, and place the mission of professional integration at the heart of your actions.
You fully identify with socio-professional integration and combine strategic vision with a solid understanding of operational realities. Your business management skills allow you to reconcile social objectives with entrepreneurial responsibility. As an experienced leadership personality, you embody a modern concept of leadership and encourage individual accountability.
You communicate easily according to your interlocutors, welcome divergent viewpoints, and know how to interact with various interest groups. You have perfect command of French and German. Your sense of responsibility, organization, and pragmatism complete your profile.
