To strengthen our team, we are looking for you from October 2025 or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Assistance during the following consultations: Wound outpatient clinic, general and visceral surgery
- Ensuring an optimal process and professional organization of the surgical consultations
- Reception support at the outpatient clinic and recording, maintenance, and management of patient data in SAP and M-KIS
- Telephone and written appointment scheduling with patients and referrers
- Other administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant or health specialist, ideally with experience
- Efficient, precise, and customer-oriented working style
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, M-KIS advantageous)
- Strong communication and organizational skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
