About the Position
In our BiMOS backend plant in Lenzburg, we develop and manufacture high-performance semiconductors for engine controls and inverter systems – technologies that make a significant contribution to energy-efficient industry, mobility, and the use of renewable energies. Our highly integrated Industry 4.0 production offers you a modern, automated working environment where you actively contribute to the energy transition and support the safe operation of our control and production systems.
What You Can Achieve
Operation and monitoring of central control systems (MES, Equipment Connectivity System, ERP) to ensure smooth production operations
Control of order progress in the manufacturing process in close coordination with shift and production management
Execution of operational support tasks (e.g., operation of SelectionTool) for stable production flow
Independent analysis and resolution of system errors as well as targeted escalation in case of higher-level disruptions
Correction of inventory deviations and ensuring system availability
Improvement and optimization of existing processes in collaboration with engineering
Ensuring clear communication and seamless documentation to guarantee throughput and delivery performance
Active participation in shaping an efficient, digitized factory environment
What You Bring
Completed technical apprenticeship/training; further education (HF/TS/FH) in process/production technology is an advantage
High understanding of systemic relationships as well as pronounced problem-solving skills
Confident handling of computer-aided manufacturing systems, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, team player, and confident in exchange at various levels
Willingness to work shifts in continuous operation (including weekends) as well as willingness to learn and develop; very good German (C1), English is an advantage
