In the versatile and responsible role as F&B Hostess (m/f/d), your duties include:

• Welcoming, seating, and bidding farewell to guests
• Ensuring high guest satisfaction
• Assisting guests with their questions
• Creating and updating the regular guest database
• Clarifying and processing reservation requests and inquiries
• Supporting the service team with billing
• Organizing the cloakroom

You convince us with the following qualities:

• Completed hotel training or several years of experience
• Confident and friendly demeanor – engaging personality
• Resilient, flexible, and communicative
• Reliable and careful working style
• Language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
