Your mission in the Solothurn region

In this central role, you guarantee the perfection of complex components:

Strategy development: You design efficient machining processes for prototypes to ensure a smooth transition to series production.

Setup & Programming: You program state-of-the-art CNC long-turning machines (e.g., Tornos, Star, or Citizen), always keeping process stability in focus.

Precision manufacturing: You produce demanding workpieces to ensure the highest quality standards are always met.

Quality control: You use the finest measuring technology to check tolerances because absolute accuracy is indispensable to us.

Optimization: You continuously refine existing programs, reducing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Your profile for the Solothurn location

You live mechanics and have a passion for innovative manufacturing technologies:

Qualification: You have a degree as a polymechanic EFZ, so you master the basics of machining perfectly.

Expertise: You have solid experience with CNC controls and machines such as Miyano or Okuma, which is why you quickly master new tasks.

Precision thinking: Working within the smallest tolerances is your standard because you have an eye for detail.

Team spirit: You communicate confidently in German to ensure smooth teamwork and technical coordination.
